They say that music heals through its language of the soul, and nothing could be truer for this cause. Composed of a group of inspirational musicians and skillful performers, the artists behind ROCK4RV have donated their time and talents to raise funding to find a cure for CJD, a rare and fatal brain disease that took the life of Robert (Bob) Vitanza in 2008. Bob was a great man who positively affected the lives of many. Since 2009, this annual concert has raised enough funding for CJD research to become the record holder for the largest individual fundraising drive in the 30-year history of the CJD Foundation.

Creutzfeldt-Jakob Disease (CJD) is a rare, rapidly progressive neurodegenerative disease, one of several Prion Diseases caused by prion proteins that misfiled in the brain. There is no treatment or cure and the disease is invariably fatal.
The Creutzfeldt-Jakob Disease Foundation (CJDF) is a 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization founded in 1984 with the mission to support families affected by Prion Disease, raise awareness, and support medical education and research.
Welcome to the 2023 annual fundraising drive in memory of Robert (Bob) Vitanza, who succumbed to Creutzfeldt-Jakob Disease (CJD) in 2008. Throughout the 16-year history of this event, and thanks to the help of many, ROCK4RV has become the #1 "family fundraiser" (as conducted by a family of a deceased loved one) in the 30-year history of the CJD Foundation! You all ROCK!
Please continue to support by making a tax deductible donation. All proceeds will be donated directly to the CJD Foundation Inc (www.cjdfoundation.org), a 501(c)(3) organization and, specifically, for research grants to find a cure for this rare and fatal brain disease.
